Shipping
Sharp Office Mid Coast provides local delivery across a large regional area, ensuring efficient service throughout the week. Our delivery schedule and charges are as follows:

Monday Taree, Wingham, and surrounding areas $5.45 Ex GST FREE
Tuesday Port Macquarie and Taree $5.45 Ex GST FREE
Wednesday Forster / Tuncurry and Taree $5.45 Ex GST FREE
Thursday Gloucester, Wingham, and Taree $5.45 Ex GST FREE
Friday Forster, Tuncurry, Pacific Palms, and Taree $5.45 Ex GST FREE

*Delivery is available Monday through Friday during business hours (8:30 am - 5:00 pm). We currently cannot accept specific delivery time requests.

*Goods uncollected within 21 days from the invoice date by shipping providers or third-party drop-offs will not be eligible for refunds or further claims.

Express Delivery
For urgent orders, Sharp Office Mid Coast offers an express delivery option starting at $20.00 (incl. GST). Larger or bulkier items may incur additional handling and freight charges. Please contact us for availability.

Large, Bulk, and Furniture Orders
Items that are large, bulky, sensitive, or heavy, or deliveries to outer/regional/rural areas, may incur additional delivery charges due to their nature and handling requirements. Furniture assembly is available upon request at an additional cost.

Additional Freight Charges
If additional shipping charges apply to your order, our team will contact you post-purchase to advise you of any extra freight, handling, or shipping costs.

Fulfillment of Order
Our local drivers handle most deliveries. We only deliver to physical home or work addresses within our service area.

Warehouse Pickup & Browsing
Our warehouse, located at 1/19 Pulteney St, Taree NSW 2430, is open to the public for browsing. Customers can also arrange to pick up their orders at this location.

Delivery Time Frames
Delivery times vary based on stock availability. Our team will keep you updated on any delays or changes to delivery schedules.

Fraud Prevention
To protect against online fraud, orders placed through our website are verified by our team. We may contact you by phone or email to confirm details, especially regarding billing and shipping addresses. Proven fraudulent order information is reported to relevant authorities.
